Property Management H&S Changes in 2026 - Priority on Site Critical Risks

The H&S at Work Act is being updated in September

Critical Risks (Death or Serious Injury) will need to be Identified and Prioritised for each of your sites

What this means to you?:

You will be legally required to identify and prioritise the control of your site critical risks over non-critical risks.

HSNZ will determine the critical risks on your sites and automatically highlight these in Integrity for priority action
