Open and View Online Report
To open the online report click on the arrow to the left of the site name or on the ‘Click to View Hazards’ icon
Where there is no arrow or icon to View Hazards, the report is not available online at present, and you will see the following message box if you click on the site name:
The most common reason for the report not being available online is that the report is being created or updated following a site inspection. The report is taken off-line until completed. You will receive an email notification to advise you when the report has been re-published and is available to view.
If this happens and a new report is not in progress, or you have received a client notification email and the site report is still not available to view, please email admin@hsnzprotect.com
