View and Print Reports: High-Risk Activity Reports
It is possible to produce a PDF report showing all the activity undertaken on any Hazard deemed H – High Risk.
High Risk Activity Report
The system will generate a PDF Report, a temporary screen will appear while this is in progress.
You will be able to view the PDF Report in the Downloads folder of your computer, or wherever you save downloaded files.
Also, after the High-Risk Activity Report is created you will be able to view the PDF on-line in your browser. Select the Reports tab again to see a new menu option:
Please note:
When producing the High-Risk Activity Report PDF the view on the screen will change to show just those items required for that particular report.
To clear this reduced list view, click on ‘Show All Items’ box at the bottom right of the screen. Or alternatively, go to ‘Find and Sort’ and click ‘Show All Hazards’
