View and Print Reports: Custom and Activity Reports
In the Hazard List, click on the Reports tab.
Custom Report
This is a PDF report that includes only the items that are selected using the ‘Select’ box. See the “Item Selection” help page.
Once the items required are selected. Click the Reports tab and Custom Report.
The system will generate a PDF Report, a temporary screen will appear while this is in progress.
Also, after the Custom Report is created you will be able to view the PDF on-line in your browser. Select the Reports tab again to see a new menu option:
Activity Report
For each Hazard Item it is possible to update the activity undertaken. See ‘Activity Update and Change Status’ page for further information.
To produce an Activity Report click the Reports tab and Activity Report.
The system will generate a PDF Report, a temporary screen will appear while this is in progress.
Also, after the Activity Report is created you will be able to view the PDF on-line in your browser. Select the Reports tab again to see a new menu option:
